Eldercare Home Care Agency
The Carolina Foothills Foundation's Eldercare Home Care Agency program provides extra support for seriously-ill patients age 65 and older to enhance their ability to remain in their own homes.
These services include:

Homemaker services such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.

Home health aide services such as bathing and assistance with activities of daily living that are more intensive or provided more frequently than is typical for hospice or palliative care patients.

Transportation assistance to in-county doctor's appointments or meal assistance.

We support non-profits that provide in-need fund for seriously-ill patients such as:

Medication funds

Providing equipment for palliative care/hospice patients

Funerals/cremations

Phones for patients who have no means of communication

Extermination for insect-infested homes

Air conditioners
-
Heating assistance

Medication dispenser

Food pantry

Durable medical equipment loan closet
Livability

This program assists elders “aging in place” in their homes and offers a certified aging in place assessment.

It also addresses accessibility, home safety, home monitoring, universal design suggestions, and provides handicap-accessible renovations such as grab bars and ramps.
Pet Peace of Mind Program
This program supports patients and their pets including:

Dog walking

Food deliveries

Grooming appointments

Assistance with rehoming pets
