Jacqueline Hampton

Jacqueline Hampton retired from Rutherford County Schools after serving as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and director of pre-K and elementary curriculum. She is a member of the Foothills Pilot Club, and serves on the board for KidSenses Interactive Museum. She is a board member for Family Resources, Rutherford County DSS and Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, and is a McNair Foundation mentor for middle and high school children.

She has been involved in the leadership of Rotary, Partnership for Children, and the United Way. She was honored and inducted into the Rutherford County Schools Hall of Fame in 2014. She holds a BA in English from Winston-Salem State, a Master’s Degrees in Middle Grade Education and Administration, and a MA in Divinity, Pastoral Care and Counseling. 

She volunteers her time to the Carolina Foothills Foundation because she is passionate about the focus areas that are served in the Foundation’s mission.
