Prime of Life Senior Lifestyle & Wellness Event Returns Oct. 5

The 17th annual Prime of Life Senior Lifestyle & Wellness Event returns Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. to the Carolina Event & Conference Center in Forest City, N.C. Now under the management of the Carolina Foothills Foundation, this free event is designed for ages 55 and older and includes complimentary lunch, health screenings, expert seminars, and a goody bag (while supplies last).

From health and wellness resources to financial planning and more, attendees can discover services and hear from guest speakers with resources and advice to help senior adults live a more active and fulfilling lifestyle.
